                                                Charge enhancing agent for powder coatings
Jietonda® K7017 is a high-efficiency additive for electrostatic spray guns in depth grooves. It can significantly improve the charge performance of particles when applied to powder coatings. It can effectively penetrate the Faraday cage during spraying. It is recommended for electrostatic spraying of shaped workpieces. 
 
 
1. Typical properties
Appearance white or pale yellow small granule [visual]
 
Softening point(℃)   ≥ 100  [ring and ball method]
 
        Herein described to be typical properties and do not constitute specification limits.
 
2. Characteristics
? Effectively improve the charging performance of powder particles, used in electrostatic spray guns to overcome the Faraday effect and significantly improve the powder on the grooves
? No catalytic activity ,so no negative effect to the gloss of coating and gel time .
? Good thermal stability and anti-yellowing properties.
 
 
3. Use method & levels
? Premix K7017 with other components of the formula before extrusion. 
? The use level is 0.3-1.5% by weight calculated on total formulation. 
 
4. Package & Storage
? Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
? Store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire.
? Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
